What You'll Do:

• Feed and catch material from production equipment
• Inspect lumber and remove defects
• Sand, stain, and finish wood products
• Package finished materials (wrap, banding, etc.)
• Follow work orders and maintain quality standards

This is a hands-on role-you'll be on your feet and working with real wood products every day.

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure (1/16")
• Manufacturing, construction, or hands-on experience is a plus (not required)
