Production Team Lead

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Training, coaching, and developing line colleagues while maintaining and updating the training matrix to ensure skill coverage and flexibility
  • Providing daily leadership and direction to production team members, proactively planning material flow to minimize downtime and disruptions
  • Monitoring production operations to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and production targets
  • Planning team schedules and assigning daily work responsibilities to support balanced workflow and operational efficiency
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve line performance
  • Supporting problem-solving activities, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
  • Promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment
  • Preferred candidate has been identified

This is what you bring to us

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
  • Proven leadership abilities with the capability to motivate, guide, and support team members on the production floor
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety standards within a manufacturing setting (training provided as needed)
  • Ability to obtain required tugger operation certification within 90 days of appointment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
