Production Team Lead (Lockbox Operations) – 3rd Shift

Location: Charlotte, NC 28217
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Overnight (3rd Shift)

Schedule Details:

• Sunday – Thursday
• Shift hours vary between 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (typically 8-hour shifts)
• Mandatory overtime as required

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee daily lockbox and mailroom operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments, while driving productivity, quality, and service level performance.

You will lead workflow coordination across mail receipt, extraction, and image capture functions, while supporting operational excellence and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate workflow across mailroom, extraction, and scanning operations to meet SLAs and deadlines
• Allocate resources effectively to maintain productivity and processing accuracy
• Monitor system activity and escalate issues as needed
• Complete daily and monthly operational reporting
• Troubleshoot processing and equipment issues; escalate risks impacting production timelines
• Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with procedures and audit standards
• Conduct research and provide root cause analysis for discrepancies, exceptions, and client inquiries
• Train, coach, and support team members on processes, systems, and quality expectations
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engagement

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in lockbox, remittance, or payment processing operations
• Experience with OPEX Falcon strongly preferred
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
