Author content and build campaigns within a headless CMS for personalized customer experiences.
Proficiency in Splunk for monitoring and alerting.
Experience with Adobe Target or similar campaign orchestration/experimentation tools.
Strong understanding of personalization, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
