Seeking a bilingual Production Supervisor to support Plant Manager and help oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations within a rapidly growing production facility.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise production staff and workflow
Support operational execution and floor management
Assist with scheduling, productivity, and process flow
Serve as a hands-on leader across production operations
Requirements
3+ years of production leadership experience within food manufacturing
Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred
Strong floor leadership and supervisory background
Hands-on leadership style
Strong communication and team-building abilities
Flexible, adaptable, and operationally driven
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $99,999.00 per year
