Our client is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations focused on welding, including MIG, TIG, and robotic welding. The role involves managing production schedules, ensuring quality, safety, and delivery targets are met, and collaborating with Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams. Key responsibilities include supervising weld processes, troubleshooting, maintaining compliance with standards, enforcing safety policies, and leading team development. The supervisor will support continuous improvement initiatives, optimize workflow, and manage KPIs related to productivity and quality. Qualifications include a high school diploma, proficiency in welding and Microsoft Office, 2+ years supervisory and 5+ years manufacturing experience with welding.
