Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading hourly manufacturing employees in a fast-paced production environment to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives. This role provides direct supervision, coaching, and development of production team members while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and environmental requirements. The Production Supervisor drives continuous improvement initiatives, promotes a culture of accountability, and supports Ameristars commitment to manufacturing excellence and customer satisfaction.
