Pacific Coast Producers (PCP), a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking a results-oriented and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at our Distribution Center (DC) in Lodi, California. The Distribution Center is a 1.5m sq. ft. packaging, labeling and distribution facility with approximately 400 employees. The DC operation supports both retail and foodservice customers and labels, cases, and ships nationwide approximately fifty (50) million cases every year. Reporting to the Production Manager, this exempt level position manages and directs all functions within a designated production area. Incumbent will direct label and case production and/or shipping operation activities in a multi-shift facility, provide supervisory direction for warehouse personnel and manage personnel performance including training and accountability within the department.
