The Role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor for our Building 2 location in Sussex, WI. You will be the operational heartbeat of our manufacturing flow, leading teams from receiving to final shipment to ensure our goals are met with excellence.

What You'll Do

• Oversee Manufacturing Flow: Manage the end-to-end manufacturing process, including material handling, fabrication, finishing, and assembly, to ensure seamless production.
• Manage Daily Pacing: Set the pace for all functional areas and collaborate with leads to optimize production schedules and throughput.
• Ensure Quality: Perform hands-on quality checks on work-in-progress and finished units to verify adherence to assembly methods and standards.
• Optimize Logistics: Direct the logistics chain, including receiving, material handling, inventory accuracy, and shipping coordination.
• Maintain Data Accuracy: Master our ERP and inventory systems to maintain real-time data essential for tracking operational stages.
• Ensure Equipment Readiness: Work with the Maintenance Department to keep all equipment in optimal working condition.
• Drive Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency across all production functions.

What You Bring

• Manufacturing Expertise: 5+ years of prior manufacturing experience, ideally in cabinetry or mass customization.
• Leadership Experience: 3+ years of progressive supervisory experience over multiple functional areas.
• Technical Skills: Superior understanding of technical drawings, bills of materials, and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
• Proficiency: Skilled in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and capable of communicating clearly across all levels of the organization.
