About The Role

Our client is seeking proactive and safety-conscious leaders for their 1st and 3rd shifts. These full-time roles ensure building components are manufactured and delivered with precision, adhering to top safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion safety by promoting safe operations and maintaining constant awareness of safety requirements.
  • Directly supervise hourly production employees, manage work assignments, and provide on-the-job training.
  • Implement lean manufacturing methods to drive cost-effective production and monitor budgets.
  • Collaborate with local management and other supervisors to foster a team-focused environment.
  • Participate in talent management by assessing and selecting production personnel and developing employees through cross-training.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of OSHA General Industry, EEOC, and DOT regulations.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and coaching abilities.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and achieving results.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Work Environment

  • Night shift position.
