The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do:
What You Need to Succeed: Diploma is required, associate’s degree preferred 2 or more years of production supervisory experience is REQUIRED Schedule flexibility and good attendance REQUIRED Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective communication and team collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold, production environment Ability to speak, write, and/or read in Spanish is a PLUS Able to learn and perform basic computer clerk duties Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills Work Environment:
