  • Pay: Experience-based wage
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with some flexibility to meet business needs)

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Our Production Supervisor oversees our facility activities to make sure that all team members and finished products meet our quality standards and customer expectations. You'll play an active part in our daily success and continued growth/expansion by effectively streamlining production processes, optimizing workflows, and coordinating various aspects of the manufacturing process. Coordinating with the branch manager, you'll monitor your team's daily processes, strategically allocate resources, and keep the department within budget.

Overseeing all production areas, you'll address concerns related to safety, quality, order completion deadlines and deviance from SOPs. You'll support daily efficiency by promptly filling open roles and adjusting schedules as needed to meet production needs. Attentive to detail and accuracy, you'll handle data entry, database management, and bottleneck resolution. You'll help identify production gaps or issues and perform time management studies to determine areas for improvement. As needed, you'll jump in to coach your team on the proper procedures to ensure we meet quality and timeliness expectations. By fostering internal and external connections, providing quality training, and executing improvement strategies, you'll increase our company's profitability and help us meet targets!

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years of professional leadership experience with the ability to train others
  • 21+ years of age (for driving responsibilities), a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure
  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. with a team and type 25+ wpm
  • Ability to make sound judgments and decisions aligning with company goals and customer needs
  • Ability to troubleshoot fluid power systems
  • Clear, respectful, and transparent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills for multitasking and managing time effectively
  • Technological proficiency with the ability to learn new applications and techniques
  • Mechanical aptitude with an ability to apply principles, understand how tools/machines interact and function together, and diagnose/solve problems
  • Empathetic, calm, and respectful demeanor

Experience using Microsoft 365 applications and ERP systems, specifically Epicor is preferred.2+ years of industrial assembly experience would be preferred. Knowledge about industrial sales or fluid power systems would be beneficial. Certifications like OSHA 30-hour, First Aid, CPR, or BBP are highly desired!
