Production Supervisor Powertrain

• This is an ongoing W2 contract with potential for conversion
• This position offers $26.30/hour, 10 days PTO, medical/retirement contributions (if desired)
• This plant follows a rotating schedule and shift flexibility is required (Overtime expected)

Top Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise hourly production teams to hit safety, quality, and daily output targets
• Organize workflow and ensure lines run safely, efficiently, and produce quality parts
• Coach standardized work and drive continuous improvement on the floor
• Hold team accountable to performance standards through servant leadership
• Build strong relationships with hourly employees, union reps, and leadership
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence
• Administer and enforce workplace policies and collective bargaining agreements

Top Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
• Experience in a union environment strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, and weekends
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Safety, quality, or continuous improvement experience (Six Sigma is a plus)
