Production Supervisor - Packaging / Bagging LineLocation: Conroe, TXFull-Time / Salary--Position SummaryThe Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in leading and optimizing daily manufacturing activities within the compost bagging operation. This position oversees production workflows, inventory control, equipment performance, and team coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.The Operations Supervisor leads operators, technicians, and laborers while maintaining strong adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
