The Production Supervisor oversees and guides production staff to ensure on-time, quality manufacturing.
Responsibilities include supervising, training, scheduling, resolving issues, and evaluating employees; identifying staffing needs; monitoring daily production metrics; collaborating with Quality and Engineering; ensuring compliance with safety, SOPs, and attendance policies; and participating in productivity projects.
Required skills include strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and basic manufacturing safety knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Oracle is necessary.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (associate's preferred), 2+ years in supervision, and manufacturing experience preferred.
