What you'll do...
Promotes a safe work environment by ensuring associates utilize proper safety equipment.
Maintains work areas-for example, keeping floors free of debris, ensuring equipment is operational and clean, and removing hazards.
Requests materials, supplies, parts, and repair services as needed.
Manages the daily operation of the production area by planning and establishing work schedules and assignments.
Monitors and evaluates operations, programs, processes, and practices for quality and effectiveness.
Inspects materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
Assists in production sequence planning to meet production goals and provide superior customer service.
Ensures the timely resolution of associate performance concerns.
Completes and analyzes departmental reports.
Manages the continuous improvement (Lean) culture by documenting and implementing new and improved processes.
Participates in new-hire and ongoing associate training.
Provides process improvement guidance related to waste control, quality management, and process effectiveness.
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by:
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs
Identifying and communicating goals and objectives
Building accountability and measuring progress toward achieving results
Identifying and addressing improvement opportunities
Demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by:

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
