Description

Our client, a leader in manufacturing within the automotive industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Supervisor Manufacturing to join their team. As a Production Supervisor Manufacturing, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Franklin, Ohio

Pay Range: $26.92-$38.46

What's the Job?

  • Ensure the Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of designated production groups.
  • Set targets, develop plans, and monitor results to promote continuous improvement.
  • Lead problem-solving initiatives and facilitate workshops to enhance quality and operational methods.
  • Manage personnel issues, support team development, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and intervene to mitigate risks.

What's Needed?

  • Associate’s degree in engineering, diploma, or related field with specialization in Production.
  • 1–3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
  • Operational level of English to facilitate clear communication within the team.
