I'm partnering with a growing manufacturing operation in the Madison, NC area seeking two Production Supervisors to join their leadership team. This is a hands-on, working supervisor position where you'll lead production employees on the floor, drive safety and productivity, and help ensure daily operational goals are achieved.
What You'll Do
Lead and coach production team members on the manufacturing floor
Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency
Track production metrics and incentive data using Excel
Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset
Support daily scheduling, workflow management, and team performance
What We're Looking For
3+ years of manufacturing supervision experience preferred
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Basic to intermediate Excel skills
High school diploma required; degree is a plus
Schedule & Compensation
2-2-3 rotating schedule
Typical start time: 5:30 AM until production is complete
100% onsite in Madison, NC
$55,000-$65,000 salary range
