production supervisor

One of our clients is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for their facility located just outside of Lavonia GA.  They are searching for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment and knows how to keep people, product, and processes moving smoothly, this role is built for you. We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to guide our swing‑shift team and help us maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a production team during the 3 PM–11 PM shift
• Oversee daily operations on the floor to ensure production goals are met
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and adjust staffing or processes as needed
• Train employees on proper procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols
• Partner with QA, maintenance, and management to keep operations running smoothly
• Track performance metrics and complete shift reports
• Foster a positive, accountable, team‑oriented culture

What You Bring

• Experience in food or meat processing, manufacturing, or a similar production environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Solid understanding of safety, HACCP, and USDA guidelines
• Ability to make decisions quickly and confidently under pressure
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work the swing shift consistently (3 PM–11 PM)
