Seeking a Production Supervisor for a food manufacturing facility, overseeing beef processing operations on 2nd shift.

  • Responsible for directing daily activities of up to 50 staff, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate and monitor processing operations, analyze performance, implement corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Supervise and train production leads, resolve operational issues, and maintain safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate with departments to ensure smooth operations and adherence to policies.
  • Manage inventory, production schedules, and vendor relations while maintaining KPIs and cost control.


  • Qualifications: AA degree in food science or business, with 3-6 years manufacturing supervisory experience. Knowledge of beef processing, food safety, and budget management required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills essential.
