Well established and growing food manufacturer opening a brand new facility in Atlanta, GA is looking for a bilingual (English / Spanish) Production Supervisor to join their team. This is a ground-floor opportunity with real room to grow as the facility scales.
$40.00/hour | Must be available for 1st or 2nd shift
What You'll Do
As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead a production team and oversee daily floor operations to ensure food products are made safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
Supervise and direct production floor staff across assigned shifts
Plan and coordinate daily workflow, assignments, and priorities
Monitor output and ensure production targets and quality standards are met
Oversee safe operation of food production equipment including sheeting machines, ovens, and fryers
Enforce GMP, food safety, and workplace safety policies
Train, coach, and develop team members
Communicate production status, issues, and improvement opportunities to management
Support the startup and ongoing buildout of facility processes and procedures
Serve as a key communication bridge between English- and Spanish-speaking team members
What We're Looking For
Prior supervisory or lead experience in a food manufacturing environment required
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Experience with food production equipment such as sheeting machines, ovens, or fryers preferred
Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards preferred
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup production environment
