Our client is looking to add a Production Supervisor to lead and support a manufacturing team on the shop floor. A person in this position will be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, supervising employees, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
Assign and prioritize work based on production schedules, staffing levels, and material availability
Perform first-pass quality checks and help identify and resolve quality or process issues
Respond quickly to production disruptions and help restore standard operations
Coordinate job orders, subassemblies, and workflow to meet shipping commitments
- Must have experience leading or supervising teams in a manufacturing or production environment
- Must have an understanding of shop floor operations, workflows, and production scheduling
- Must have experience working cross-functionally with different departments
