Production Supervisor

A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily plant operations, ensure production targets are met, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and lead plant employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
Coordinate production schedules and ensure efficient workflow across departments
Monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bottlenecks
