We're seeking a Production Supervisor to support one of our established clients operating in the automotive or aerospace manufacturing space. This organization is known for disciplined operations, strong quality standards, and a leadership team that promotes continuous improvement on the floor. You’ll be in a hands-on role where execution, accountability, and team performance directly impact output.
Objective Lead daily production activities on the assembly floor, ensuring efficient operations, consistent output, and alignment with operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise assembly line operations and ensure production targets are met
Lead and develop production teams, driving accountability and performance
Monitor workflow and adjust resources to maintain efficiency and output
Oversee inventory control processes to ensure material availability and accuracy
Implement and support process improvement initiatives across production
Qualifications
Experience in automotive or aerospace manufacturing environments
Proven background in hands-on production supervision
Strong understanding of production processes and assembly line operations
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to manage inventory and material flow within a manufacturing setting
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-output environments
