Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor for Refrigeration Manufacturing$22-27/hour + OT | Direct Hire

International refrigeration manufacturer in Buford, GA seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations and supervise production team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm with OT available

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years production supervision experience in manufacturing, refrigeration experience highly preferred
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Knowledge of inventory practices and SAP preferred
• Safety-focused with ability to enforce standards

What You'll Do:

• Supervise Line Leads and production team to meet quality, quantity, and safety goals
• Manage production schedule and optimize line efficiency
• Train and mentor employees on Standard Operating Procedures
• Coordinate with warehouse and quality departments
• Monitor daily operations and report production results
• Enforce 5S standards and PPE compliance
