Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality.
The ideal candidate will provide leadership to production employees, organize workflows, monitor productivity, and help drive continuous improvement throughout the operation.
Responsibilities

Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production goals

Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

Supervise, coach, and support production employees

Monitor production output to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met

Ensure safe operation of equipment and coordinate routine maintenance as needed

Identify production issues and implement process improvements

Train new employees on machinery, procedures, and safety protocols

Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

Complete production reports and track performance metrics

Work closely with other departments to ensure production needs are met
Qualifications

Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role

Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, machinery, and production processes

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

Self-motivated and results-driven mindset

High School Diploma or GED required

Technical, engineering, or related education is a plus
