This individual will be responsible for supervising production employees, driving safety and quality initiatives, improving productivity, and ensuring production schedules are achieved while maintaining the highest food safety standards.

Our company is seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Production Supervisor to join our dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing operations, quality control, process improvement, and team leadership. This role is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in a challenging environment, where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring the highest quality of our products, and leading a diverse team to success.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Implement and enforce quality control standards, ensuring products meet both internal and external quality requirements.
3. Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing process.
4. Provide guidance, training, and performance management to the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure production goals align with overall company objectives.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
7. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.
8. Communicate effectively with team members in both English and Spanish to ensure clear understanding of expectations, feedback, and instructions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
4. Strong knowledge of HACCP and other quality control standards.
5. Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives.
6. Excellent team leadership and performance management skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
