Growing manufacturing operation seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, lead plant personnel, and ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are met.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, leading teams, improving processes, and keeping operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily production operations and plant employees
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and staffing needs
• Ensure quality, safety, and production standards are consistently met
• Troubleshoot operational and production issues as they arise
• Coach, train, and develop production team members
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to support operational goals
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Maintain production reporting and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous manufacturing leadership or production supervision experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Experience managing production schedules, quality, and team performance
• Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving abilities

• Salary range: $50,000 to $70,000 depending on experience
