Pay: $52,500 annually
AHI Supply, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor / Backup Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily production operations at our Alvin, Texas facility. This position is responsible for supervising employees, managing workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring production goals are met.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines production supervision with operational and administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will also serve as a backup to the Warehouse Supervisor and must be capable of supporting warehouse operations when needed.
We are looking for a leader who can effectively manage people, production, safety, and operational priorities while helping drive continuous improvement throughout the facility.
Compensation & Schedule
- Exempt Position
- Paid Bi-Weekly
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Must be flexible to work additional hours as business needs require
- When serving as Backup Warehouse Supervisor, workdays may extend to approximately 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM depending on workload and operational demands
- Must be available to work Saturdays as needed based on production schedules and business demands
What You'll Do
Leadership & Employee Development
- Supervise, coach, and develop production employees
- Assign daily work and monitor productivity
- Conduct employee training and performance evaluations
- Address employee concerns and support problem resolution
- Recommend personnel actions including hiring, coaching, disciplinary action, and employee development
- Lead by example and promote a culture of accountability
Production & Operations
- Oversee daily Stucco production operations
- Ensure products are properly identified, weighed, and warehoused
- Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency, quality, and accuracy
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel regarding equipment issues
- Assist with loading and unloading operations as needed
- Support warehouse operations during planned and unplanned supervisor absences
Inventory & Administration
- Maintain inventory accuracy through daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts
- Complete production documentation and operational records
- Review and approve employee timecards
- Prepare reports and communicate operational updates
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational planning
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and company safety standards
- Conduct safety meetings and workplace inspections
- Promote safe work practices and immediately address unsafe conditions
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, distribution, construction materials, or industrial operations
- Strong communication and employee management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Dependable attendance and work ethic
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications
- Inventory management experience
- Warehouse supervision experience
- Forklift experience
- Experience conducting employee evaluations and coaching
- Experience developing procedures, training materials, or work instructions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to regularly bend, squat, climb, and reach
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work in warehouse and production environments
- Ability to safely work around machinery, equipment, and industrial materials
