Our new Production Supervisor will be responsible for the execution of production goals and objectives during his/her shift. The Supervisor will create a safe environment aligned with Ready Foods safety values. In addition, he/she must create a team culture that is in alignment with Ready Foods’ mission, vision and strategic plans. The position is a full-time salaried position reporting directly to the Production Superintendent or Manager.

The salary range for this position is $75,637.00 – $124,802.00 USD. For this role, Ready Foods is targeting a hiring range of $80,000 – $85,000 USD, based on skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In rare cases, highly qualified candidates may receive an offer above the target range; however, offers above the midpoint or at the maximum of the range are not customary. The salary range posted represents the low and high end of Ready Foods’ salary range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, education, skills, experience, and performance.
Base salary is one component of Ready Foods’ total rewards package. Additional components may include annual incentive opportunities, comprehensive paid time off, a 401(k) with company match, and a full suite of benefits for employees and their families.
