Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct hourly production line workers across assigned shift
  • Plan, organize, and execute daily production schedules; manage line changeovers and downtime
  • Own daily production reporting, yield performance, and labor cost accountability
  • Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, HACCP, and internal quality control standards
  • Conduct pre-shift safety inspections of work areas
  • Process hourly payroll, vacation, and PTO; communicate scheduling needs to Operations Manager
  • Drive continuous improvement in throughput, methods, and working conditions
  • Maintain accurate digital/paper reporting and distribute to appropriate stakeholders

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years supervisory experience preferred
  • 3–5 years manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Ability to work in cold/wet environment; lift 30–90 lbs intermittently; flexible schedule required
