With at least three years of hands-on leadership experience in the food production or regulated packaging sectors, you'll bring your expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), compliance, and safety to ensure optimal operational standards are met. Your role will involve supervising an enthusiastic and diverse team, orchestrating daily line activities, managing resource allocation, and ensuring seamless operations between shifts. You'll drive efficiency through lean initiatives and uphold the highest standards of food safety and compliance.
