Why This Role MattersYou’ll lead a production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, owning safety, quality, and output on your shift. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can hold people accountable, solve problems quickly, and keep operations moving.
Compensation & Schedule
  • Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (based on experience) 
  • Shift: Afternoon/Evening 
    • Current: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM 
    • Future: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM 
What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily production operations to hit safety, quality, and output targets 
  • Supervise, coach, and hold a team accountable for performance 
  • Identify issues on the floor and take action—quickly and effectively 
  • Drive problem-solving using root cause analysis (8D or similar) 
  • Monitor production data, downtime, and efficiency—and act on it 
  • Coordinate staffing, overtime, and shift coverage 
  • Partner with maintenance, quality, and leadership to resolve issues 
  • Ensure compliance with safety (MIOSHA) and quality (IATF) standards 
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment 
  • Strong understanding of production processes and shop floor operations 
  • Experience handling employee performance, attendance, and discipline 
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and make decisions under pressure 
  • Familiarity with quality systems (IATF, ISO, or similar) is a plus 
  • Willingness to work extended hours on an afternoon/evening shift
