    Position SummaryUnder general supervision and following established procedures, the Production Supervisor is responsible for providing Supervision and coordinating daily work activities for assigned Plant Operations employees.All job responsibilities are to be performed in strict adherence with the Company's Mission/Values Statement and in accordance with established standards for external customers as well as internal customers.

    Pay/Schedule

    Compensation is dependent upon experience & qualificationsFulltime, on-site, 2nd Shift position (Monday- Friday 2:45pm- 11:15pm)

    The Ideal Candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, a desire to learn and grow in responsibility, and a strong work ethic.Summary of Operating Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

    College degree plus 2 - 3 years' supervisory experience and/or equivalent experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers, and the ability to convey a positive and professional image of service and support to employees at all levels of responsibility in the Company.Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills required, particularly in oral format.Ability to lead and develop employees.Ability to delegate responsibility when appropriate.Ability to troubleshoot, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Approachable and supportive when working with others.Ability to read English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures, manuals and order specifications.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of Managers, clients, customers, and employees.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.Ability to troubleshoot, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to use Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, and Excel spreadsheet applications).Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
