    We are seeking a Production Supervisor on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for managing day‑to‑day finishing operations while driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.

    Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Leadership

    Manage the day‑to‑day activities of the Flexo Printing department

    Serve as a highly skilled, hands‑on operations champion focused on safety, quality, delivery, and customer satisfactionImprove efficiency of manpower and materials while maintaining safety as the top priorityMonitor operational performance through company reports and key metricsLead shift meetings, determine performance standards, and drive accountability to achieve company goals and objectives

    Planning & Continuous Improvement

    Assist in evaluating current and proposed systems, procedures, and workflowsRecommend changes when necessary and assist in the implementation of new processesPlay a significant role in short‑ and long‑term planning initiatives focused on operational excellenceDevelop and maintain capacity planning strategies to ensure schedule attainmentProactively identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues with contingency planning
