Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

We are seeking a Production Supervisor - 1st Shift to lead manufacturing teams in producing medical devices in Houston, TX.

• Manage facilities, equipment, and personnel to ensure compliance with cGMP and SOP standards.
• Create a safe work environment, monitor safety hazards, and promote health and safety programs.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and daily operations to meet quality, regulatory, and business goals.
• Implement process improvements, analyze key metrics, and lead corrective actions.
• Develop team capabilities through performance management, training, and engagement.
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts, manage HR activities, and ensure fair treatment of staff.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive, compliant, and efficient work environment.
• 
  Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years relevant work, and 1+ year leadership. Work hours are Monday-Wednesday or Monday-Thursday, 4:00am-4:00pm, with minimal travel. Benefits include career growth opportunities and a comprehensive package.
