- Shift: Night (8 p.m. - 8 a.m.) or Day (8 a.m. – 8 p.m.), 2,2,3 schedule!

How you’ll spend your time as a Plastics Production Shift Supervisor:
- Lead and motivate a production team.
- Oversee plastics manufacturing processes and maintain strict quality standards.
- Manage labeling, packing, and preparation of finished products for shipment.
- Champion safety, cleanliness, and organization on the production floor.
- Supervise and support a team of approximately 8 production employees.
- Work independently while keeping morale high and holding your team accountable to expectations.
- Assist with machine and computer troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
Skills & experience we’d like you to have as a Plastics Production Shift Supervisor:
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
- 1+ years of experience as a lead or supervisor.
- Demonstrated leader with strong communication skills.
- Strong background in quality control.
- Commitment to upholding safety and cleanliness standards.
- Detail-oriented, professional demeanor, and solid work ethic.
- Passion for technology and continued learning.
- Willingness to complete background and drug screen and provide professional references.
