We are looking for a Production Scheduler who embodies these values and is excited to grow with a team committed to learning, innovation, and impact.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule production jobs efficiently to meet customer timelines Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates Work closely with production crews to ensure schedules are accurate and optimized Monitor job progress and make real-time adjustments as needed Maintain clear and accurate records within internal systems Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and provide solutions
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in production/job scheduling, administration, and/or customer service Exceptional telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to see the big picture while maintaining strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software systems Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Schedule & Location: This is a full-time, in-office position located in College Grove, TN (not remote). Schedule is MondayFriday with rotating Saturdays.
Hourly Range: $21-25
