Ocean Spray is hiring Entry‑Level Production Resources Technicians for night shift at our Tomah Production Plant-this is more than just a job; it's a chance to build a real career. You'll start at $22.50/hour plus a $1.25/hour night shift differential, with training and opportunities to move into higher‑paying roles and potentially transition to day shift as openings come up. This is a full‑time, year‑round position on a 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 schedule (4:00 p.m.-4:00 a.m.), which means you get Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off every other week. You'll work indoors in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment making Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins) with a team that values growth and stability.

Position Overview:
Production Resource, our entry level position, may be scheduled to work in any location in the plant based on qualifications and responsibilities change daily as staffing needs vary. Some responsibilities may include general housekeeping, support to Line Operators, assisting in the BDR, working in the Lab testing product, batching, unloading sugar trucks, helping the bulk line, working in the refinement area, stacking product, and assisting in rework/repack operations. This position will also require the personnel to be flexible and able to embrace schedule changes as manufacturing needs change often.
