The Production Plant Manager is a mission critical role that requires a proactive, hands-on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. He/she will be responsible for all Processing staff, including schedules, training, policy, and procedure updated, industry news, and product information. The Production Plant Manager is responsible for managing all departments of Higdon-Quincy processing operations.
Oversees and manages personnel to perform all the tasks necessary to complete the production cycle. The Production Plant Manager helps to oversee and maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including monitoring all departments listed above and their daily activities.
