Basic Job Functions:
This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to division's team in production planning, scheduling and inventory management functions.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Establish and maintain a standard procedure for scheduling projects in production.
- Provide standardized, weekly reporting on plant capacity and lead times.
- Review sales orders or change orders and collaborate with engineering and procurement to provide lead times for the order.
- Ensure information is flowing correctly in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with other divisions on production capacity and load balancing.
- Identify current and project future production bottlenecks and continuous improvement of efficiencies thru better routing.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
- Advanced computer proficiency, including advanced Excel skills
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Ability to travel occasionally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong understanding of production flow, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
