Production Mixer / Packer / Sanitation Associate
Alliance Industrial Solutions is urgently hiring Production Mixers, Packers, and Sanitation Associates in Solon, OH. These are full-time opportunities with weekly pay, steady schedules, and immediate openings on 2nd and 3rd shift.

Pay: $16.00$18.50 per hour

Available Shifts

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM12:00 AM, MondayFriday
3rd Shift: TuesdayFriday, 12:00 AM7:00 AM, and Saturday, 12:00 AM9:45 AM
Overtime may be required based on production needs.

We are hiring for multiple food manufacturing and warehouse production roles, including:

Production Mixer
Sanitation Associate

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the position, daily responsibilities may include:

Packing snack products into bags, boxes, and cases
Operating packaging equipment
Applying labels and checking printed product information
Mixing and preparing ingredients according to production schedules
Measuring, weighing, staging, and labeling materials
Moving raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
Operating forklifts, tow motors, hand trucks, or other material handling equipment
Cleaning and sanitizing assigned production areas
Following GMP, PPE, safety, sanitation, and quality standards
Performing quality checks for weight, labels, packaging, and product accuracy
Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized
Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed

Requirements

Previous production, packing, sanitation, warehouse, forklift, tow motor, or general labor experience preferred
Entry-level candidates welcome for select packing roles
Forklift or tow motor experience required for Production Mixer roles
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic math and reading skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Willingness to work overtime as needed
High school diploma or GED preferred
