Legacy Bakehouse is a growing food manufacturer with facilities in Waukesha and Cudahy, WI. We are hiring Bakery Operators, Machine Operators, and Packaging Operators on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift at both locations.

What You'll Do:
  • Operate food production, bakery, and/or packaging line equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor product quality and make adjustments to meet production standards
  • Follow standardized recipes, formulas, and production processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work area
  • Complete production logs and documentation accurately
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety protocols
Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift
  • 2nd Shift
  • 3rd Shift
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in food manufacturing, production, or a similar environment preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Willingness to follow GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Basic math and reading skills for documentation
