This role involves supporting the production of powder coatings on a 3rd shift (10:30 pm to 7:00 am), reporting to the Production Supervisor.
Key responsibilities include packaging finished products, cleaning equipment, operating forklifts and floor scrubbers, sampling raw materials and finished goods, recording batch data, and maintaining safety and environmental standards.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, strong tow motor skills, good computer proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Experience with SAP and interpersonal skills are preferred.
