JOB TITLE: Production Operator
DEPARTMENT: Production
SUPERVISOR: Production Supervisors
COMPENSATION: Full Time – Non-Exempt ($18-20/hour)
POSITION REPONSIBILITIES
- Strict adherence to manufacturing guidelines including, Safety, GMP and SQF
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
- Eagerness to learn all aspects of equipment operation, including troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean and organized working area.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to stand during a 10-hour shift and lift up to 55lbs.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- Basic mathematical skills
- Flexible schedule, able to work occasional nights and weekends

EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of food or FMCG manufacturing experience preferred
- Previous experience with operating of manufacturing equipment
- Food handling and manufacturing knowledge preferred
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES
- Fluent English required. Bilingual preferred
- Hobart equipment knowledge
