Summary:
Location: Skaneateles, NY
Duration: 6 Months
Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 7AM-3:30PM OT required based on business needs
Responsibilities:
- Assemble small optical parts using hand tools
- Perform soldering and follow detailed work instructions
- Inspect components to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Experience with small parts or precision assembly
- Basic soldering skills (or willingness to be trained)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Must be able to read, write and use basic math; maintain a high degree of accuracy in performing repetitive tasks; work with basic chemicals
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing detailed assembly work

- Visual acuity for inspecting small parts and identifying imperfections
