- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical field OR High School Diploma with 1–3 years of manufacturing experience

- Understanding of GMP and safety protocols
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

- Experience with SAP
- Background in aseptic/fermentation environments
- Experience with C-tanks, automated systems, centrifuges, spray dryers
- Exposure to product loading, blending, and packaging operations
- Operate and monitor production equipment across fermentation, recovery, blending, and packaging processes
- Perform sampling, weighing, mixing, and transporting of raw and finished materials
- Support operations within aseptic environments, including use of C-tanks and automated systems
- Assist in recovery processes using centrifuges, spray dryers, and product loading systems
- Complete material handling, shipping/receiving, and packaging tasks
- Follow all SOPs, work instructions, GMP, and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate production and batch documentation
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate as needed
- Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
- Lift up to 55 lbs regularly and work in cold environments when required
- Wear appropriate PPE including respirators as needed

Schedule: 12-hour rotating shift (2 days / 2 nights)
Week 1: Mon–Tues (Day), Wed–Thurs (Night)
Week 2: Tues–Wed (Day), Thurs–Fri (Night)
Week 3: Wed-Thurs (Day), Fri-Sat (Night)
Continues rotating forward weekly
