Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 7 months (with potential for temp-to-perm based on business needs)
• Start: June 12, 2026
• Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM (occasionally later if production is still running); 40 50 hours per week
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

The Production Operator needs to be a dependable self-starter with a desire to grow and succeed. Oversees operation of processing equipment and processes. Makes routine tests and observes, charts, and determines when process is complete. Works safely with batch processing equipment to produce high quality coatings products.

Required Skills

• Communication skills proficient in written, verbal, and listening skills
• Demonstrated willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day Plant activities
• Familiarity with Safety activities, safe behavior observations, and team activities

Preferred Skills

• Production Operations/Manufacturing experience
• Paint/Coating batch processing experience

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

Required Experience

• 0 2 years of related manufacturing experience
