Highland Stone and Mansory LLC is seeking to fill fifteen (15) temporary, full-time seasonal Stonemasons positions for October 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026. Worksite: 3020 Stone Canyon Road, Longmont, CO 80503 and multiple sites in Boulder, Weld, Douglas, Adams, Denver, Arapahoe, Jefferson, Larimer and Broomfield in Colorado. 
 
Job Duties: Build stone structures, such as piers, fire pits, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and abutments. Lay walks and curbstones outdoors. Lay tile and stone floors indoors. Lay and bind building materials, such as brick, structural tile, and concrete, cinder, glass, and terra-cotta block, and cultured stone with mortar and other substances to construct or repair walls, partitions, and other structures. Install stone veneers indoors on walls and fireplaces. Prepare surfaces for tiling by attaching lath or waterproof paper, or by applying a cement mortar coat to a metal screen. Build underbeds and install anchor bolts, wires, and brackets. Apply hard tile, stone, and comparable materials to walls, floors, ceilings. Mix, apply, and spread plaster, concrete, mortar, cement, mastic, glue or other adhesives to form a bed for the tiles, using brush, trowel and screed. Remove any old tile, grout and adhesive using chisels and scrapers and clean the surface carefully. Clean work areas/equipment. Entry level; requires supervision. 
 
Requirements: No experience or education required.  
 
Special Requirements: Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday work required, when necessary. Must be able to perform manual, physical labor outside during all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, etc). Post-hire random, post-accident, and upon suspicion of use drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Post-hire background check required of foreign and domestic workers. 
 
Terms and conditions of employment: $29.16 - $40.00/hour, 35 hours/week, Overtime available at $43.74 - $60.00 per hour. Mon-Fri, 7:30AM-4:00PM. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.  Employees will be paid weekly on Monday. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered based on individual factors including work performance, skill, and tenure. On the job training available.  Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Workers will begin each day at the worksite address. They will then be transported, free of charge, to properties located throughout the area of intended employment to provide services. They will then be transported back to the worksite address at the end of each work day. 
 
Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law. employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. if requested, employer helps non-local workers secure optional worker-paid lodging (not to exceed fair market value, based on number of occupants; cost TBD). Housing costs paid directly to landlord and are not payroll deducted. Voluntary advances and/or loans made to workers, if any, may be repaid by pre-authorized payroll deductions. No daily transportation to/from workers' home and primary worksite. Such transportation complies with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws/regulations. Employer provides incidental transportation between worksites as necessary. 
 
The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker.  From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completi n of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Tools, equipment and supplies: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform the job.
