  • Training (First 2 Weeks): Monday–Friday; 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Regular Schedule After Training: Monday–Friday; 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Overview
Seeking dependable Manufacturing Operators for a paint and coatings production facility. This is a hands-on industrial role involving mixing materials, cleaning large tanks, operating production equipment, and supporting manufacturing processes. The environment can be dirty and physically demanding. Candidates must be committed to long-term employment and able to work safely in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Job Description
  • Mix and blend paint and coating batches according to formulas
  • Load raw materials into production equipment
  • Clean large mixing tanks and production equipment
  • Operate filling, filtering, mixing, and labeling equipment
  • Record batch adjustments and production data
  • Move materials using forklifts and other powered equipment
  • Load and unload bulk materials and finished products
  • Follow production schedules and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain housekeeping, waste control, and workplace safety standards
  • Perform quality checks and support production operations as needed
Required Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 6 months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Ability to learn forklift operation and obtain certification
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment
  • Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures
Preferred Skills
  • Chemical plant, paint manufacturing, or coatings experience
  • Forklift experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience working with production equipment
Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
Additional Information
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential conversion after 90 days based on performance
  • Candidates should be comfortable with cleaning large tanks and working in a messy manufacturing environment
